Project Delivery Lead Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Newhaven | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexible Hours Av.)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our client's team based in Newhaven as a Project Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will have Site Management capabilities and construction experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of Projects and Services across the UK.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record and understand the key project deliverables and milestones
- Lead multiple projects and keep track of them within a program
- Production and management of project documentation
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, positively and professionally
- Oversee project health and safety to current legislation and best practice
- Manage regular reviews to measure progress against project commitments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records to ensure compliance with legal requirements, business objectives, and customer expectations.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and removing obstacles to ensure the project stays on track
- Sub-contractor management through the project lifecycle
- Provide the Project Services Director with regular reports on project status and actions being taken
- Stay informed about evolving industry trends and advancements in construction technology
- Carry out any other reasonable duties or requests as directed by the Project Services Director.

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Full Uk Driving Licence
