The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Production Operatives in Burton-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Production Operative position for a well-established company based in the heart of Burton on Trent.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Company Health & Safety working practices and legislative regulations.
- Working to high quality standards and within set tolerances.
- Set up and operation of machinery.
- Contribution to the consistent delivery of production targets and budgeted operational performance.
Qualification and experience required:
- Previous production experience required.
Shifts pattern:
- 3-week rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday & Tuesday 6am-6pm, Wednesday Rest, Thursday & Friday 6pm-6am, Saturday & Sunday rest.
- Week 2: Monday & Tuesday rest, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6am-6pm & Sunday 6pm-6am.
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 6pm-6am, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday rest.
Pay Rate: £14 per hour (£32,283 PA + shift bonus OTE - £37,000 PA)
