The Role: As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Pack and label finished products accurately
- Report any issues or faults to the team leader
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
