Our client based in the heart of the Biggleswade industrial estate is currently recruiting for Production Line Operatives to join its growing team. Working with experienced members of staff in a new production site, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.
Production Line Operative β Job Duties
- Opening and weighing of ingredients for the production team
- Operating machinery to produce food based goods to customer specification
- Working to company Health & safety standards at all times
Production Line Operative β Working hours
- Monday β Friday 06:00 β 14:00 / 14:00 β 22:00 on a weekly rotating basis
- Regular overtime available both during the week and at weekends
Production Line Operative β Pay Rates
- Β£12.25 for the first 40 hours worked Monday β Friday increasing to β Β£13.62 per hour after 12 weeks continuous service
- Β£18.38 per hour for any hours completed 40+ Monday β Friday
- Β£24.50 per hour for all hours completed on Saturdays and Sundays
