The Best Connection are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to support our pharmaceutical warehousing operations. The role involves the handling, packing, re-labelling and preparation of medicines and healthcare products in line with strict quality, safety and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, controlled environment where accuracy, compliance and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and preparing pharmaceutical and healthcare products for distribution
- Re-labelling medicines in accordance with approved specifications and instructions
- Carrying out visual checks to ensure correct labelling, batch numbers and expiry dates
- Completing documentation accurately and maintaining clear audit trails
- Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant working environment
- Reporting discrepancies, damages or quality issues to supervisors promptly
- Supporting stock control activities including counting and location checks
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse, packing or production experience preferred (pharmaceutical or regulated environment desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Good literacy and numeracy skills for documentation and label checks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced but controlled environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Shifts Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday overtime. Start times from AM - Finish times no later than 10PM.
