About the Role:
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Order Pickers to join our team in a chilled warehouse environment operating at approximately -5°C. This is a night shift role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in cold conditions and can maintain accuracy and efficiency during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking orders accurately using handheld scanners and headsets
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Ensuring all products are handled correctly and safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Following all health & safety procedures, especially in a chilled environment
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred (but not essential)
- Ability to work in a cold environment (-5°C)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently
