The Best Connection are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Operative to join a busy & growing team in Salmesbury. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating manufacturing machinery who enjoys working in a varied, hands-on role.
The Role:
- You’ll be responsible for supporting the production process by operating a range of machinery and equipment, including:
- Press Brake machinery
- CNC machinery
- Laser cutting machine
- Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Truck (external)
- General engineering and production duties
- Loading and unloading materials safely
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience operating Press Brake and/or CNC machinery
- Experience using laser cutting machinery is advantageous
- A valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence (external)
- Good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Reliable transportation (no clear public transport route)
