The Best Connection are currently recruiting Concrete Operatives to work for a well-established precast manufacturing company based in Somercotes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a hands-on, rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- General manual labour within a precast concrete factory
- Casting concrete products (including railway components)
- Setting up casting beds and moulds
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
- Supporting production and maintaining a clean working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or groundworks
- Ideally experience in precast concrete, but not essential
- Strong work ethic and reliability (job longevity preferred)
- Comfortable with manual, physical work
- Basic understanding of working with tools and materials
Essential Requirements
- Own transport required due to location and shift times
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to starting
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday 06:00 - 16:30
- £14.12 per hour
- £19.83 on Saturdays!!
- Ongoing, full-time work
