The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturer based in the Kidderminster area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a full-time, ongoing position with regular daytime hours.
Duties will include:
- Preparing metal components and surfaces ready for coating
- Applying powder coatings to a range of products to a high-quality finish
- Cleaning, masking and inspecting materials prior to coating
- Loading and unloading items onto coating lines and racks
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous powder coating experience
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work
- The ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- The ability to undertake manual handling duties and remain on their feet throughout the shift
