The Best Connection are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected business within the recycling and materials sector. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

  • We are seeking professional drivers with artic tipper experience who are willing to tramp out a minimum of 4 nights per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving modern bulker tipper vehicles (Scania, Volvo, DAF)
  • Transporting materials between sites and customer locations
  • Ensuring safe, timely deliveries
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Working independently while maintaining communication with the operations team

Pay & Working Hours

  • £15.57 per hour
  • Minimum 45 hours guaranteed per week (typical 65-70 hours)
  • £25 Night Out Allowance per night

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Maximum 6 penalty points
  • Must be 25 years or older
