Plant Operative Looking for a hands‑on role where every day is different, full training is provided, and you’re part of a supportive team? We’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before – we’ll train you. Your day‑to‑day will include: * Driving a counterbalance forklift and loading shovel to keep production moving * Running our automated sand drying and mortar mixing systems from the control room * Loading lorries safely and efficiently * Carrying out simple quality checks in our lab (nothing complicated!) * Helping keep the factory tidy, safe and well maintained * Preparing silo equipment ready for customer delivery * Pitching in with other general factory tasks as needed Working Schedule Monday to Friday / alternating What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box. If you’re reliable, organised and keen to learn, you’ll fit right in.
