The Best Connection have exciting new opportunities in Runcorn!
Our client, a leading & well known manufacturer, is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable Pharmaceutical Packers to work in their busy packing department.
Responsibilities
- Packing health vitamins & tablets into tubes / blister packs
- Making sure production lines / machines are running correctly
- Assembling the packaging ready for packing
- Quality checking all packed products ready for despatch
- All other packing associated tasks
Skills / Attributes
- A good eye for detail to ensure accuracies with orders
- Adhere to health & safety procedures on site
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
Working hours
The working hours are 0600 – 1415 and 1400 – 2215 Monday to Friday on a weekly rotation with an early finish on a Friday, with regular overtime available, which is paid at attractive rates throughout the week and at weekends.
Overtime
- x1.5 after 39 hours Monday to Friday
- x1.5 Saturdays (providing standard hours completed)
- x2 Sundays (providing Monday to Saturday worked)
This is an ongoing position, and will lead to full time after a successful qualifying period.
Experience working within a similar role is essential.
