We are looking for experienced HGV drivers to join our team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity with very attractive pay rates and clear progression once fully trained.

Key Details:

  • Base: Penrith
  • Start: Immediate
  • Pay During Training:
    • Weekday Day: £17.37/hour
    • Weekend Day: £20.68/hour
    • Weekday Night (Mon-Fri 18:00-06:00): £18.63/hour
    • Weekend Night (18:00-06:00): £21.20/hour
  • Pay After Training:
    • Weekday Day: £21.71/hour
    • Weekend Day: £25.85/hour
    • Weekday Night: £23.29/hour
    • Weekend Night: £26.50/hour
  • Shifts/Hours: Typical shift pattern is over the weekend, 9 hours per shift, 5 days a week. Candidates must be available to work throughout the weekend. Later afternoons or night shifts may also be required.

Requirements:

  • ADR card - mandatory
  • Class 1 license
  • CPC & Digital Tachograph
  • Confidence in reversing in tight bays - sites require skillful maneuvering
  • Must pass a reversing assessment prior to starting
