About the Role:

You will be working as a part of a friendly kitchen team, serving our customers and bringing our recipes to life by producing the best food with some of the best local ingredients. With great skill and attention to detail you will be creating some of our most remarkable dishes, helping to guarantee our customers have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving freshly prepared food to our customers.
  • Working in a supportive kitchen environment.
  • Assisting in developing the skills of junior members of staff.
  • Following menu specs and carrying out accurate ordering when needed.
  • Working safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Working to a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring safe food preparations.
  • Running the Kitchen when the Head Chef is on annual leave.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a food preparation environment.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced busy environment.
  • Experience managing a kitchen independently would be beneficial but not required.

Shift Pattern: 08:30 - 17:30 (flexible upon request)
