We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our busy and friendly team based in Penrith. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality food service.

Start Date: Immediate Start

Location: Penrith, Cumbria

Hourly Rate: 12.75 per hour

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday | 05:00 - 14:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing breakfast items such as sausage, bacon, and other hot food
  • Supporting with lunch preparation including salads, baguettes, pies, and more
  • Replenishing food displays and ensuring all items are well stocked
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen and serving areas

What we're looking for:

  • Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driving licence is required due to the location of the site
