The Best Connection are currently recruiting Patterning Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, with roles available for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and forward-thinking production environment. As a Patterning Operative, you will develop a wide range of skills and work flexibly across all patterning teams, contributing to the creation of premium, high‑quality products. We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking to grow, progress, and secure a futureproof role within a stable business.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing high-quality patterning items for both internal and external customers.
- Using industrial machinery to finish fabric with accuracy and precision.
- Completing ticketing and carding tasks across multiple departments, following product specifications and production guides.
- Ensuring exceptional quality throughout every stage of the patterning process.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting various sections within the Patterning department.
- Offering assistance to other areas of the business when required.
- Strong production or warehousing background (textiles experience is an advantage).
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, committed, and keen to progress.
£12.87 per hour Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
