The Best Connection are currently recruiting Aviation Cleaners for one of our clients based near Glasgow Airport. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy aviation cleaning team. This role will involve carrying out general cleaning duties across a variety of areas on site, including offices, staff lunch areas, toilets, and communal spaces.
Shift Information:
- Wednesday to Sunday
- Current day shifts:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 11:30am - 7:00pm
- From 1st June, shifts will move onto nights, flexible 8-hour night shifts between 6:00pm and 6:00am
- Examples of night shifts:
- 6:00pm - 2:00am
- 8:00pm - 4:00am
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
Positions Available:
- 1 x Cleaner - 4 days per week
- 2 x Cleaners - 5 days per week
Pay Rates:
- £12.71 per hour - Whilst day Shift
- £13.98 per hour - Night Shift
- Supervisor opportunities available - £14.98 per hour
The Best Connection are looking for candidates who:
- Are reliable with good timekeeping
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Are flexible to move onto night shifts from June
- Have previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
Compliance Requirements:
Due to working within an aviation environment, successful candidates will be required to complete additional checks before starting. Candidates must provide:
- Right to Work documents
- Proof of address
- 5-year work history/references
- DBS check (we will arrange this unless you already have one)
