Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our hotel maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal and physical condition of the hotel's interior surfaces. Your craftsmanship will play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality environment that supports an exceptional guest experience and reflects our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, paint, and finish interior surfaces to a high standard
- Repair surface imperfections including cracks, holes, and wear
- Select and apply appropriate paints, coatings, and finishes
- Ensure all work is completed with precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently to meet schedules while minimizing disruption to guests and staff
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a painter or decorator
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
