The Role
As a Trainee Sales & Trade Counter Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the site.
You'll learn all aspects of the business while supporting the day-to-day running of the trade counter and shop.
Duties will include
- Serving customers on the trade counter.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Looking after the shop and ensuring products are well presented.
- Answering customer enquiries and offering product advice (full training provided).
- Processing orders and handling payments.
- Learning about building materials and merchant products.
- Supporting the wider team with general branch duties.
