This is a key role within the business, ensuring smooth operations, maximising efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our operational performance.
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator:
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure seamless interdepartmental operations
- Monitor internal order progress and review regularly with relevant teams
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational and shipment documentation
