The Best Connection are currently recruiting Operations Agents to join our client's busy parcel and logistics hub on the Team Valley. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for candidates who enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in an active working environment.

The Role: The Operations Agent acts as the face of the Service Centre, responsible for providing excellent customer service both internally and externally. As an Operations Agent, you are responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day Customer Facing activities within the Service Centre are completed to the required standards. You will be required to ensure that all internal and external visitors to the Service Centre are handled in the appropriate manner and act as Service Centre Receptionist at times. Assisting with administrative duties and customer queries when required. Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security within the operation. Working as part of a supportive and energetic team.

The Candidate: The ideal Operations Agent will be reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Physically fit and able to handle manual duties. Strong communication and organisational skills. Able to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Hours of Work: Ongoing, stable work with no end date for the right Operations Agent. Full-time. Overtime available but not compulsory.

Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour.
