We are looking for an experienced Wet Spray Operative to join our team on a short-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand wet spraying moisture-resistant MDF cabinets to a high-quality finish
- Sanding, cleaning, and masking prior to spraying
- Using water-based and A/C oil-based paints
- Paint mixing and maintaining clean spraying equipment
- Operating spray booth and oven
- Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hand wet spraying MDF cabinets
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Role Details:
- Hours: 39 hours per week, weekday shifts
- Duration: Approx. 4 weeks
- Start Date: 02/02/2026
- Pay Rate: £13-£14 per hour, depending on experience
