We’re hiring! The Best Connection Group Oldham is currently recruiting Quality Controller/Production Operatives for Molnlycke Healthcare in Oldham. This role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.04 per hour (rising to £14.49 after 12 weeks)
• Overtime available at time and 1/2

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating AM and PM shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am-11am Friday – AM Shift
• 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm-8pm Friday – PM Shift

Key Duties Include:

• Monitoring machinery during operation
• Counting and quality-checking stock
• General production line tasks
• Completing paperwork
• Quality Control of each product
• Packing ready for distribution

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and team-focused
• Good numeracy and literacy for the paperwork
• Fast Paced work

Benefits & Requirements:

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
