Immediate Start Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are hiring! The Best Connection Group & Oldham is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a trusted client based in Oldham. This role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Pay & Benefits:
- £14.04 per hour (rising to £14.49 after 12 weeks)
- Overtime available at - £21.06 per hour
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
- Monday to Friday
- Week 1: 6 AM to 2 PM
- Week 2: 2 PM to 10 PM
Key Duties Include:
- Manual handling and moving stock (up to 20kg)
- Fast paced work
- Loading rolls of fabric onto a machine
- Cutting the material
- Packing, labelling and wrapping at the end of the line
- Monitoring machinery during operation
- Counting and quality-checking stock
- General production line tasks
What We Are Looking For:
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and team-focused
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
