The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are currently looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team, working primarily on the edge banding machine.
Main Duties:
- Operating and assisting with the edge banding machine
- Loading doors and panels through the machine
- Selecting lipping in different timber species and cutting to length
- Maintaining a fast-paced and efficient workflow
- Ensuring good housekeeping by keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times
- Assisting with other duties throughout the business when there is no edging work required
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
Pay:
Hourly rate: Minimum wage
The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to work at speed while maintaining quality
- Have a good attitude towards teamwork and helping where needed
- Experience in a factory or woodworking environment is an advantage, but not essential as training can be provided
