Administrative Assistant required for an immediate start with our client in Melksham, paying Β£13.00 per hour. This is a temporary holiday cover position providing administrative support to the Director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and purchasing activities. Pay Rate Β£13.00 per hour Shifts Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Duties Receiving, processing, and distributing incoming post, emails, and deliveries. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries. Creating and processing purchase orders using Microsoft Word and Xero. Producing delivery notes and maintaining accurate records. Providing general administrative support to support the efficient running of the office. Skills
