The Best Connection is recruiting a Stock Team Leader for our client based in Nuneaton, Bermuda Park.
This role involves leading a team of four Stock Controllers, ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, replenishment, and operational efficiency within a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the stock team.
Manage goods receiving, stock counts, replenishment and stock movements.
Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems.
Promote health & safety compliance.
Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of warehouse Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
Previous experience managing and motivating staff.
WMS experience.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to undertake MHE training (Bendi Truck & PPT).
Fluent English.
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week) £14.83 per hour Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours This position is initially offered through The Best Connection.
