We're currently looking for motivated Machine / Production Operatives to join our team at our Nuneaton site.
What you'll be doing:
- Running, cleaning, and setting up production machinery
- Operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines to ensure smooth production
- Completing 30-minute quality checks to meet product and compliance standards
- Working with your team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues to minimise downtime
- Accurately recording quality checks and production data
What we're looking for:
- Experience operating and setting production machinery (ideally within food manufacturing or a high-care environment)
- A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
