Picker / Packer (Temp to Perm) - Hethel

Our client based in Hethel is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Picker/Packer to join their busy warehouse team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment with the potential to earn significant weekly bonuses based on performance.
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour
- Opportunity to earn up to £125 extra per week through the company bonus scheme
Duties Include:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Packing orders to a high standard
- Working towards daily productivity targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all health and safety procedures
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:50 - 15:50 - with optional overtime in peak periods
- Two 30-minute breaks per day
Location:
- Hethel
- Own transport is essential due to the location and lack of public transport links
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work towards targets
- Reliable and punctual
- Own transport required
- Must bring own lunch
Bonus Opportunities:
- Earn up to £25 bonus per day, or £125 bonus per week by meeting bonus targets!
