As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients products are manufactured to the highest standards. Offering a starting rate of £13.70, which increases to £15.20 after training completed - this is an excellent role for someone with a machine minding or food production background who is looking to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining machinery on a production line
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
- Monitoring machine output and reporting any issues promptly
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
- Following all health and safety guidelines
Working Hours & Pattern
- Shift hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (12-hour shifts)
- Work schedule: 4 on, 4 off, includes working weekends
- Starting pay of £13.70, increasing to £15.20 after training period
