The Best Connection are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives on behalf of our client to join their growing waste management team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, providing great customer service, and making a positive environmental impact. As our client operates multiple recycling centres across Northamptonshire, you must be willing to travel between sites as required.
About the Role
- Assisting members of the public with waste disposal and recycling
- Ensuring waste is sorted into the correct recycling and waste containers
- Directing site traffic and providing clear guidance to customers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Working Hours
- Monday to Sunday
- Ad hoc shifts available
- 09:45 - 16:15
Pay
£12.71 per hour
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
- Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to travel to multiple sites across Northamptonshire
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
