The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Class 2 (C) Tipper Drivers with our global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is an ongoing opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects. Temp to perm opportunities are available for the right drivers.
About the Role
HGV Class 2 (C) Tipper Drivers - Main duties and requirements are:
- Operating Class 2 Tipper's safely and professionally
- Responsible for delivery of aggregates, sand, soil and other construction materials
- Providing excellent customer service onsite
- Completion of delivery paperwork
- Maximum 6 points accepted (No DD/ DR / CD / IN10 offences)
- Vehicle checks
Working Hours
- Minimum 8-hour shifts
- 05:00 - 07:00 start times
- Weekdays only No weekends
Pay
- £16.00 pay rate
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Commitment to shifts/rotas
- Ability to work safely alone
- Time management and punctuality
- A good understanding of UK drivers' hours
