We are seeking a dedicated Installations Support Administrator to join our client's family-run company in Leeming Bar. Reporting directly to the Installations Manager, this is a hands-on role, working as part of a wider team in a fast-paced environment where you will continually learn and develop on the job with new projects. This is an integral role operating between both the sales and installations teams. The Installations Support Administrator will be responsible for the smooth transition of orders from sales through to installation, ensuring excellent communication and organisation throughout the process.
As an Installations Support Administrator, the role includes:
- Co-ordinating and managing the process for pre and post installations
- Ensuring projects run smoothly between internal teams
- Being the first point of contact for queries regarding projects from an administrative perspective
- Answering incoming communications relating to installations and responding accordingly
- Processing sales and purchase orders relevant to installation projects
- Providing additional administrative support across other departments where required
- Supporting the wider team in delivering a high level of customer service
The Candidate
- Proficient and confident in using Microsoft packages including Excel
- Proven experience using Sage 50 / 200
- Experience of B2B orders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar Installations Support Administrator position would be advantageous
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.30pm
Pay Rate (PAYE)
£28,000 per annum
