The Best Connection are seeking to recruit an experienced team of Reach FLT Drivers/Operatives to join a newly established Warehouse Team for a global supply chain and logistics company specialising in end-to-end supply chain solutions.

The Role:
- Operate REACH FLT safely in a chilled food production warehouse environment.
- Carry out put-away, replenishment, and stock movement to and from racking locations.
- Work across multi-temperature chambers, including chilled and controlled-temperature areas.
- Operate both open-cab and closed-cab REACH trucks, depending on operational requirements.
- Load, unload, and relocate pallets in accordance with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Work in confined spaces, including narrow aisles and high-bay racking areas.
- Conduct daily pre-use FLT checks and report defects or safety concerns.
- Follow food hygiene, HACCP, and cold-chain procedures at all times.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and pallet integrity.
- Comply with health & safety regulations, site rules, and PPE requirements.
- Support general warehouse duties when required.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to FLT operating procedures and site traffic management plans.
- Work safely in confined areas and temperature-controlled environments.
- Ensure safe stacking, racking, and load stability at all times.
- Report accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid REACH FLT licence/certification (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Proven experience operating REACH trucks in a warehouse or chilled environment.
- Experience working in narrow aisles and confined spaces.
- Understanding of food safety standards within a production or FMCG environment.
- Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness.
Hours of Work:
- Shift pattern: 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00.
- 4 on / 4 off rotation.
- Weekend work required.
- Day and night shifts available.
- Opportunity to take on additional shifts.
Pay Rates:
- Β£14:00 per hour - Days (flat rate).
- Β£16.00 per hour - Nights (uplifted rate).
