About the Role
We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy vegetable processing factory based on Flixborough Industrial Estate. This role is ideal for those seeking ad-hoc days, flexible working, or part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery on the production line
- Sorting vegetables and removing any damaged or poor-quality produce
- Packing vegetables into trays and boxes
- Weighing products to ensure correct portions
- Meeting production targets
- Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 10kg trays of packed vegetables
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
- Able to work in a chilled environment
- The role is physically demanding
Shift Information
Start time: 7:00am
Shift length: Between 8 and 12 hours
Shifts are offered on an ad-hoc basis - ideal for flexible or part-time workers

Qualifications Required
