Night Warehouse Operatives

We are currently hiring Night Warehouse Operatives to work for our client based in Greenford.

Working hours: 8PM to 7 AM, 4 ON 4 OFF

Must be fully flexible to work any 4 days out of 7

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour, Weekly payment

Night Warehouse Operatives Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and store orders in a timely manner
• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders
• Ensure all products are handled, stored, and labelled correctly
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to meet daily targets and KPIs
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors immediately

Warehouse Operatives Requirements

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or stock handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and reliable – willing to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends
