The Best Connection are proud to be working alongside our client in the hospital to recruit a Night Housekeeper to join our team. Our client based in a hospital in South West London, are looking for a Night Housekeeper to work on a full-time and ongoing assignment.

Duties of the Night Housekeeper may include:

  • Clinical Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning of patient rooms, theatres, and communal areas following strict infection control protocols.
  • Waste Management: Ensure safe disposal of clinical and general waste.
  • Equipment Care: Use industrial cleaning machinery safely and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Safety First: Adhere to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements of the candidate:

  • Reliability: You are a 'night owl' who enjoys the consistency of a Monday-Friday night shift.
  • Attention to Detail: You take pride in ensuring every surface is spotless.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written English to understand safety signage and communicate with the night clinical team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or high-end hospitality environment is preferred, but full training will be provided.

Please be advised that a DBS check will be arranged for you on successful application, and due to the nature of the work environment this will be expected to be returned as clear.

Hours of work: 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM - Monday to Friday.

Rate of pay: £15.42
