Production Operatives Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Newhaven | Mon - Thu: 07:00 - 16:00 | Fri: 07:00 - 13:00

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our client in Newhaven during a period of increased workload. You will play a key part in supporting the manufacturing workflow within a modern, busy engineering environment. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality components. You will be working as part of a skilled production team, contributing to various stages of metal fabrication and assembly.
You will be responsible for:
- Packing units weighing 5kg to 15kg on an assembly line
- Maintaining a pace of at least 100 units per day
- Making up boxes and inner packaging components
- Supporting sub-assembly tasks when not packing
- Assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks (experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an assembly-line or factory environment is desirable
- Ability to work at pace and handle repetitive manual tasks
- Some mechanical assembly experience is an advantage
- Right to work in the UK
- Access to a device to complete an online application
