The Best Connection Mansfield are currently recruiting an Accommodation Technician to join a well-established and reputable company based in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking business, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-handover inspections to ensure units meet quality standards
- Install and remove wall boards and flooring as required
- Complete basic brush painting tasks
- Maintain equipment to high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and compliance
- Follow all health and safety procedures within a busy working environment
Working Hours & Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week. Hours may vary. £30k per year.
Requirements:
- Basic DIY skills
- Basic plumbing skills
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
