Location - Neilston

Pay rate - £13.45 per hour

Shifts - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm OR 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an organised and reliable Administrator to join one of our clients based in Neilston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied office role, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring employee attendance and holiday records
  • Managing and responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations
  • Updating planning schedules and work allocations
  • Processing credits and purchase invoices
  • Raising and allocating jobs for drivers
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience preferred
