Van Driver LS27 (Temp to Perm) | Monday to Friday | Days
We're recruiting for Van Drivers on a temp-to-perm basis with a well-established furniture delivery company.
What's on offer?
- Monday to Friday
- £13.50ph
- 37.5 hours per week
- Day shifts with start times between 05:45am and 08:00am depending on delivery routes
- Opportunity for a permanent position
- All expenses paid for overnight stays
The role:
- Delivering furniture to customers and businesses
- Working alongside a Driver's Mate
- Multi-drop deliveries, typically 6-10 drops per day
- Heavy lifting involved, so a good level of physical fitness is essential
- Occasional nights away, usually around 1 in every 6 weeks
What we're looking for:
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Comfortable with heavy manual handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
