The Best Connection is currently recruiting for multiple Food Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Mitcham on a 12 week Temp-Perm basis.

Salary: £13.52 per hour - Overtime £20.28 per hour

Hours: Flexible across all shifts | 6:00am-2:45pm, 9:00am-5:45pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 6:00pm-6:00am | 5 days out of 7

Location: Mitcham, London

Job Type: 12 week Temporary to Permanent (via agency)

The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing site based in Mitcham. This role will involve working on a fast-paced production line, assisting with the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for candidates with production or factory experience looking for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities of the Food Production Operative:

  • Work on a production line preparing and packaging food products
