MHE Operative (with Flexi or PPT License)
Pay Rate: £13.57 per hour
Shift Allowance: £50-£100 (depending on shift pattern)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
- Set Nights: 10pm-6am

Are you an experienced MHE Operative with a valid Flexi or PPT license? We\’re looking for skilled, safety-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our clients fast-paced warehouse team.
You\’ll be a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly – moving stock, working with the team, and helping to deliver excellence every day.
What You\’ll Do
- Operate Flexi trucks or PPTs safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles with accuracy and care.
- Pick, pack, and move stock across the warehouse.
- Support stock checks, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe.
- Work closely with your team to hit daily and weekly goals.
What You\’ll Bring
- Valid Flexi or PPT license (in-date and recognised).
- Previous warehouse or MHE experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a focus on safety at all times.
