IMMEDIATE STARTS. The Best Connection are recruiting for Mechanical Assemblers for its busy Redditch based manufacturing client. This is a varied role with ongoing opportunities, training and progression.
Duties Include:
- Mechanical assembly of components and sub-assemblies
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Reading and following technical drawings and build instructions
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out testing procedures using specialist equipment
- Supporting production targets in a fast‑paced environment
- Masking / Spraying / Packaging completed units
