We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard, ensuring that green areas are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and mowing across various sites
- General upkeep of parks, public areas, and green spaces
- Strimming, hedging, and trimming where required
- Clearing leaves, litter, and debris from outdoor areas
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Using and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment safely
Requirements
- Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor work experience preferred
- Ability to use machinery such as mowers and strimmers
