The Best Connection Mansfield are recruiting a Deputy Line Leader for our client based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. You will help oversee a team of up to 20 production operatives, ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are met.
This is a hands-on role, working on the production line alongside the team while providing leadership and support. Monday to Friday – rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
