The Role: As a Production Operative, you will be working within a clean and organised factory environment carrying out a variety of production and assembly duties. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous manufacturing experience.
Duties Include:
- Using a variety of hand tools safely and efficiently
- Operating machinery after full training
- Assembly and production work
- Using gluing guns and production equipment
- Quality checking finished products
- Packing and preparing items for dispatch
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
