The Best Connection - Manchester are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Online Sales Operative to join a busy re-use and retail operation in Trafford Park. This is a hands-on role combining online sales, customer service, stock management, and order fulfilment, helping turn quality donated items into affordable products for customers.

Location: Trafford Park

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm with some flexibility required.

Pay: £13.45

Must have: a driving license and access to a car

Key Duties:

  • List products online with accurate descriptions and photos
  • Price, prepare and merchandise stock to maximise sales
  • Process Click & Collect orders, returns and refunds
  • Deliver excellent customer service and sales support
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a tidy, organised workspace
  • Operate the till and reconcile card payments
  • Support volunteers and work closely with the wider site team
  • Ensure all products meet safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous retail, online sales or customer service experience
  • Confident using online selling platforms and IT systems
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • An eye for quality products and pricing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift licence/experience desirable but not essential
