The Best Connection is recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a healthcare catering operation based on Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9WL.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef looking to step into a senior kitchen role with consistent daytime hours.
The Role
As Head Chef, your duties will include:
- Leading and supporting the kitchen operation
- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Supporting the organisation of daily kitchen duties
- Ensuring dietary requirements and kitchen procedures are followed
- Helping maintain a professional and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Senior Chef or experienced Chef
- Strong kitchen and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safe working practices
- Reliable and confident working in a busy catering environment
- Basic DBS required
