We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Maintenance & Delivery Technician to join our team. The role involves visiting customers in their homes and other environments such as hospitals, care homes, and schools to repair, maintain, deliver, and demonstrate specialist equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is safe, functional, and properly demonstrated to users while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fault finding and repairing equipment in customer homes and other locations
  • Delivering equipment and demonstrating correct usage to service users
  • Collecting equipment when required
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
  • Completing scheduled daily jobs allocated by the service team
  • Responding to emergency repairs when required
  • Providing a professional, courteous, and empathetic service to customers
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times
  • Keeping company vehicle clean, organised, and fully stocked

Working Hours

40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Requirements

  • Good practical or mechanical skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily jobs effectively
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary

£13.75 per hour
